A Coruña, Spain, April 2 - GUADEC 2012 is pleased to release its Sponsorship Brochure for this year's event. GUADEC (the GNOME Users and Developers' European Conference) will be held from July 26 to 29 in A Coruña, Spain. This year the event aims to attract around 500 key software developers, press, users, businesses and government representatives, and will host four days of presentations given by leaders, spokespeople, volunteers and motivated individuals.
GUADEC is not just a software conference. Topics will range from the future directions of the GNOME Project, Unix, GNU/Linux and Free and Open Source software to cutting edge features, development techniques, and new ideas on technology and culture. The venue in the northwest region of Spain will include beach time, tourism, sports and local traditions.
GUADEC has been held annually since 2000 in cities around Europe. GUADEC is the largest congress of GNOME users, developers, artists, translators, foundation leaders, individuals, governments and businesses in the world.
