Juan Pablo Ugarte defines himself as "a computer kind of guy, open source advocate and pragmatic, who wouldn't exchange a beer with friends for a screen". In his spare time he practices karate and do some running. In fact "I had participated in a few 10k marathons lately" (awesome!).
He had a talk yesterday about "Glade: Improving programming practices", which he explained about implementing composite widgets (widgets made of widgets) using glade instead of code. really, he expects "than Guadec 2012 be useful for promoting Glade and make people realize they need to contribute more to the project". And, of course, "meeting people and get more involved with the GNOME community". Thanks, Juan Pablo, and good Luck in saturday's sports competition!
